About the Opportunity

We are a Facilities Management Company looking for suitable candidates to join us on short notice. Candidates with experience in facilities will be considered for the Facilities Executive role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and maintaining high service quality.
  • Monitor facilities management expenditures, track utilization, and support budget planning for financial discipline.
  • Lead a team of technicians to handle service requests.
  • Coordinate with business units for ad hoc/scheduled maintenance.
  • Track all maintenance activities and prepare maintenance reports.
  • Attend weekly site meetings with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to teams.
  • Provide building technical support encompassing commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
  • Coordinate closely with contractors/sub-contractors or site teams to ensure delivery of results.
  • Provide Project Management support as required on other projects.

Eligibility

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, proactive, and inquisitive.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferably can start work on short notice or ASAP.
