About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator with strong administration and document control experience to join our Perth-based team during the pre-construction phase of a landmark civil and marine infrastructure project in Victoria. This role is ideal for someone with a background in civil or marine construction who can manage documentation, coordinate project activities, and support the team in delivering exceptional project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documentation, drawings, and correspondence in accordance with company and client requirements
- Coordinate and track project deliverables during the pre-construction phase
- Support project engineers and managers with administrative and scheduling tasks
- Assist with procurement documentation, subcontractor communications, and tender submissions
- Ensure document control systems are maintained in compliance with contractual and quality requirements
- Provide support across technical disciplines, including:
- Earthworks and new pavement construction
- Concrete works and structural footings
- Drainage upgrades and ground stabilisation
- Installation of marine support structures (wharfs, jetties, piles)
About You
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in project administration and document control within the construction sector
- Familiarity with civil and/or marine infrastructure projects
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with document management systems (e.g. Aconex, SharePoint, TeamBinder)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Benefits
$70 - $85 Per Hour + Super
Weekly Pay
Perth Based Office in Balcatta
Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week
Minimum 6 months work Potential for ongoing work
