About the Opportunity
We are a Facilities Management Company looking for suitable candidates to join us on short notice. Candidates with experience in facilities will be considered for the Facilities Executive role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and maintaining high service quality.
- Monitor facilities management expenditures, track utilization, and support budget planning for financial discipline.
- Lead a team of technicians to handle service requests.
- Coordinate with business units for ad hoc/scheduled maintenance.
- Track all maintenance activities and prepare maintenance reports.
- Attend weekly site meetings with stakeholders.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to teams.
- Provide building technical support encompassing commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
- Coordinate closely with contractors/sub-contractors or site teams to ensure delivery of results.
- Provide Project Management support as required on other projects.
Eligibility
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, proactive, and inquisitive.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably can start work on short notice or ASAP.
