Civil Project Director (Luxury Residential / A&A Design)

About the Company

Our client is a local trusted partner providing reliable residential building in Singapore. Currently they are looking for a project director to support the delivery of small to large residential / A&A building projects.

About the Job

• Overall in charge of the construction of projects and make sure projects are completed within quality, safety, costs and time.
• Lead or assist in providing technical support and planning during the pre-construction stage.
• Lead Deputy Project Managers and Engineers to come out of the costs and planning structure for prospective deal engagements.
• Lead (or assist) in the execution of approved projects' quotation and/or tendering process.
• Work with asset owners, clients, consultancies, contractors, vendors to make sure project delivery.
• Site project management and track project schedule based on the approved schedule.
• Cost reports including forecasted cash flow of project expenditures, monitoring spending of cost against approved budget, forecast project expenditures, etc.
• Tracking and evaluation of Contractor Claims, Variations, Delay, EoT and Delay Damages
• Work closely with Safety Managers to ensure construction safety compliance.

Skills & Experience Required

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the Project Management of Residential/Large Scale/A&A Building projects
• Clear understanding of commercial & financial processes (Invoicing, approvals etc)
• PMP Certified will be a plus
