Responsibilities

• Assist lead portfolio managers in the daily management of Asian fixed income portfolios with a high yield focus, and related research activities
• Identify and assess new investment opportunities using top down market analysis
• Implement and manage investment strategies, derivative overlay and portfolio cash-flows and monitor their performance and risks
• Compile research and report analytical findings for new product development
• Coordinate the local and global asset allocation and currency activities with internal teams
• Support the improvement of processes and proprietary portfolio management systems

About You

Ideally around 10 years’ relevant experience in portfolio management, especially on Asian high yield

Bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent, with a focus on finance or economics and ideally CFA certified or studying toward this

Previous exposure to the Asian fixed income market

Solution-oriented thinker with strong skills of communication and collaboration

Organized and focused, with the ability to work accurately under pressure

Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and [VBA/ Bloomberg]

Fluent in English and Chinese is ideal to support local client base
