External Managers Department

The External Managers Department seeks to identify and develop relationships with the best breed of global investment managers to benefit GIC at large, and at the same time capturing investment opportunities to outperform our benchmarks.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and performing due diligence on prospective external fund managers
  • Monitoring existing investments and making timely recommendations
  • Evaluating potential investments and co-investments in funds
  • Performing strategy level analysis and underwriting

About You

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of credit experience
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Highly motivated and intellectually curious

Eligibility

Previous training as a Credit analyst or Portfolio Manager or experience in an Investment Banking team would be preferred. Strong financial modeling skills and excellent analytical ability are required.
