Responsibilities

  • Ensure liaison with the Sales Management team to communicate and obtain feedback in collaboration with Trade Marketing teamBudget tracking and monitoring for Marketing Kinder
  • Develop and communicate brand strategies and guidelines covering product, packaging, communication, and pricing. Develop and manage the implementation of brand activities based on brand strategy.
  • Ensure the development and production of promotional materials according to marketing plan and approved procedures
  • Work with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to evaluate the success of the specific promotions/sponsorship deals undertaken, specify the arrangement for any corrective action/future projects that may be required
  • Design and implement seasonal in-store activities (POSM and PMG)
  • Propose and share new projects intended to result in new formats and new packaging designs for the seasonal portfolio
  • Supervise the implementation of the main projects while verifying that any stated guidelines are applied

About You

Who we are looking for:

  • Brand/Commercial experience in FMCG
  • Commercial savviness and financial acumen
  • Understanding of China trade dynamics, especially offline
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written (Native Mandarin speaker, fluent English is essential)
  • Excellent Project management skills
  • Strong influencing skills, able to influence cross-functional leadership teams
  • Proactive, dynamic, responsible, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
