Project Manager, Hotel Projects – France, Italy, Germany, Nordics based

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Global Investment Management firm who have £8bn of AUM across various real estate sectors and fund structures. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CAPEX Construction Project Manager to lead capital expenditure projects across a portfolio of hotel properties throughout various European countries.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing feasibility assessments
• Budgeting and scheduling
• Procurement and on-site execution of projects
• Assisting in the underwriting of new deals

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality construction, a deep understanding of local regulatory frameworks across Europe, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders including owners, operators, contractors, and consultants.

They need an experienced hotel/hospitality Project Manager based in Spain, Italy, UK, Germany, or Nordics.
