About the Opportunity

Project Manager - Education | Remote | Up to £42,000 Per Annum

We are hiring for a leading national provider of children's services, passionately improving the lives of young people through fostering, adoption, and educational initiatives. This organisation is dedicated to supporting the best outcomes for every child in their care, fostering an environment of innovation and impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive the establishment of new schools from site identification to opening, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage projects to agreed timeframes and budgets, maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Oversee construction and refurbishment, adhering to the Building Safety Act and other standards.
• Work with education specialists to ensure all regulatory compliance (Ofsted, LA etc.) is in place.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring effective communication and successful delivery.
• Build relationships with LA commissioning teams and collaborate with internal functions.

About You

• Project Management qualification experience (all levels of post qualification experience considered).
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to think strategically, creatively, and under pressure.
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing and delivering to budgets.
• Full valid driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
