This project is a humanitarian infrastructure development project aimed at improving the medical and accommodation conditions of the Island. This pivotal role is responsible for driving improvements across critical areas, including healthcare and infrastructure, and overseeing daily operations, resource allocation, and long-term planning for the island’s development. The role requires strong on-the-ground coordination, stakeholder communication, and operational execution to uplift the community’s quality of life, while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Public Administration, or related fields. Minimum 5 years’ experience in charity, aid, or public sector project management (preferably in island, remote, or international contexts). Prior involvement with international NGOs or organizations is highly desirable. Strong background in managing infrastructure, community development, or similar large-scale remote projects. Bilingual in English and Chinese is a MUST. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and cross-cultural communication skills. Willingness to work in remote environments and travel frequently.
