Scope: Industrial Development, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, Infrastructure Projects

Department: Projects Department

Reporting Line: CEO

Job Location: New Cairo

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction for industrial and infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee project lifecycle activities to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality completion.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks with proactive contingency planning.
  • Manage relationships with clients, authorities, and stakeholders for smooth project operations.
  • Drive land sales and support business growth within industrial parks.
  • Control budgets to ensure financial efficiency and avoid overruns.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to enhance capabilities and performance.

About You

Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).

Experience: 15+ years in project management within construction, infrastructure, or industrial development, with proven leadership in large-scale projects.

Certification: PMP required.

Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.

Language: Excellent English proficiency.
