Responsibilities

• Support key tenders across the transport, defence, and renewable energy sectors
• Lead project delivery ensuring outcomes align with national standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements
• Drive project and business unit performance across financial, safety, cultural, and client relationship outcomes
• Mentor and guide high-performing teams

About You

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 15+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and project managers
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong personal commitment to leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Eligibility

Willingness and capacity to work across Queensland & Northern Territory, with flexibility to support both metropolitan and regional project sites.
