Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Execution Engineer to lead the end-to-end delivery of Diesel Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply (DRUPS) systems and power generation projects across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. This role is ideal for an independent thinker with strong project execution, stakeholder management, and technical expertise in power solutions. The position requires hands-on experience with Diesel Engines and Power Generation systems, coupled with strong project management capabilities including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Diesel Engines and Power Generation (preferably project execution).
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles (scope, goals, deliverables, contracts).
  • Proven expertise in budget management, negotiations, risk assessment, and change management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Valid Work Visa for Singapore.

  • Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of DRUPS and power generation projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities.
  • Serve as primary liaison with stakeholders, providing technical guidance and innovative solutions.
  • Oversee scope, timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations, ensuring risk mitigation.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, driving process improvements and accountability.
