About the Opportunity

Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Open to candidates based in Singapore (Hybrid or Onsite)
Employment Type: 1-Year Renewable Contract
Experience Level: 2+ Years

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for IT infrastructure projects
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
• Support project documentation including scope, requirements, meeting notes, and status reports
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, and business units
• Assist with procurement and inventory tracking of IT equipment and licenses
• Monitor risks, escalate issues, and follow up on action items
• Help manage changes in project scope and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Maintain project dashboards and status trackers using project management tool

About You

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in an IT or technical environment
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud services
Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with project tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Asana
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience coordinating projects in an IT infrastructure or system integration setting
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Understanding of ITIL practices and service management
• Project coordination or management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus
