Key Responsibilities

  • Part of the Envision Graduate Scheme
  • Work on projects at construction sites alongside Commissioning Manager, Project Manager, and other team members
  • Ensure project adheres to relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental protocols
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for international business projects
  • Communicate with line manager and team members to ensure project goals are met
  • Oversee technical aspects of the project to meet quality standards
  • Monitor and report project progress to project manager
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations and policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Manage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible
  • Contribute to development and implementation of project management processes and best practices

Qualification and Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Familiarity with document or task management tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
Strong adaptability and cultural awareness in a multi-cultural work environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Ability to travel within Europe and internationally as required.
