Project Coordinator – Fixed Term Engagement

Role Overview
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of transformation projects within CXC’s Professional Services team. Reporting to the Project Director, this role provides critical coordination and administrative support across multiple workstreams. It involves governance documentation, stakeholder communication, reporting, scheduling, and implementation support across project lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate is a highly organised and communicative professional with experience supporting enterprise-level projects. They bring a solid understanding of change and project methodologies and thrive in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, status trackers, and project registers.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and team sessions including logistics, documentation, and action tracking.
- Liaise across internal teams, SMEs, and vendors to support alignment and delivery across workstreams.
- Prepare reporting outputs such as highlight reports, dashboards, and governance packs using MS Office, Smartsheet, or Jira.
- Support change enablement activities, including stakeholder communications, end-user readiness materials, and process documentation.
- Promote quality assurance and continuous improvement throughout project delivery phases.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–3+ years’ experience in project coordination roles within complex, multi-stakeholder project environments.
- Demonstrated understanding of change management principles and how individuals navigate change.
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting major enterprise systems implementations or business transformation projects.
- Exposure to change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) desirable; certification a plus.
- Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, HRIS platforms, Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, or Smartsheet is highly valued.
- Foundational certifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM) preferred.

- Technically confident with MS Office, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, and PM tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across cultures, time zones, and remote teams.
- Resilient, adaptable, and proactive—able to bring clarity and stability to fast-moving programs.
- A strong team contributor with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
