About this role:

As a Project Coordinator/Business Analyst, you will play a key part in delivering critical IT infrastructure and Application projects that support our operations across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

  • Daily end-to-end coordination of projects; partner with internal and external stakeholders across APAC to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, gather needs, document requirements, and map out business/system processes
  • Drive the planning process - from defining scope and deliverables to creating schedules and managing risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams and external vendors to successfully support and deliver key projects
  • Support testing of new systems and processes
  • Keep communication clear and consistent across multiple teams, time zones, and cultures
  • Some occasional international travel may be required
  • Prepare project briefs and project plans as well as other relevant documentation including planning, budgeting, and product descriptions
  • Coordinate dependencies with other projects, changes, and activities
  • Manage project issues, risks, and contingencies to ensure delivery

About You

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role (e.g. Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or Business Analyst)
  • Prince II Practitioner, Agile Practitioner, or similar Project Management certification
  • Previous work experience and exposure to international environments
  • University degree in related field preferred
  • History of success through increasing levels of responsibility
  • Ability to engage with and manage expectations of various stakeholders
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
  • Ability to partner with other teams to achieve goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical issues effectively to other team members in other departments
  • Stays informed about current knowledge and developments in their area of expertise, and motivated to acquire new skills to keep up to date
