- Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks or bottlenecks.
- Facilitate communication between teams to keep everyone aligned.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices for project management.
About You
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related internships/projects.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
