Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Project Coordinator in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

  • Support agenda development and capture and distribute meeting minutes
  • Record and track action items through completion
  • Identify, track, and record risks and mitigation measures
  • Facilitate and coordinate program meetings
  • Assist with program charters, plans, and timelines
  • Develop dissemination strategies and action plans
  • Manage a shared document repository
  • Assist with government financial tracking and reporting
  • Provide support to integrate cross-functional work across NHLBI and NIH Work Groups

About You

This role requires a bachelor's degree in an applicable field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management support.

Eligibility

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government Clearance if required. Successful pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $68,000.
