As the Principal Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple major building projects—from strategic planning through to construction, commissioning and handover. Working closely with school communities, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders, you’ll manage complex portfolios that contribute directly to the state’s investment in education infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure projects of $5M–$100M, ideally within government or education. In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, policy frameworks, WHS, and procurement practices. Proven success leading diverse teams and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with an ability to produce executive-level reports and briefings. Strong understanding of the Project Assessment Framework and/or Building Policy Framework.
Certificate III or IV in Building and Construction, or a Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline.
