Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and tactical leadership in growing income and profitability of the HOC Portfolio
• Formulate and execute HOC Products strategy to drive growth and profitability
• Manage end-to-end product cycle, including development and research
• Ensure underwriting governance and profitability management
• Engage with stakeholders strategically and operationally
• Oversee channel management and partnerships
• Contribute to reinsurance renewal planning and product marketing
• Prepare budgets, business updates, and reports
• Oversight of value-added services

About You

Qualifications:

• Business Degree
• Insurance qualification accreditation (AIISA/ACII/FIISA/FCII)
• Must be prepared to undertake KI Readiness Requirements

Knowledge:

• Short-term insurance, especially Personal Lines products
• Regulatory and compliance requirements for short-term insurance
• Short-term insurance value chain and related ecosystems
• General knowledge of the economic environment

Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar managerial role in the short-term insurance industry, focusing on product management.
