Responsibilities

• Perform LBO / financial modeling
• Perform on-going / quarterly borrower performance reviews
• Prepare new opportunity screening memos and credit approval memos
• Conduct borrower market diligence and financial analysis
• Develop understanding for credit / underwriting policy

About You

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Four to six years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Solid grasp of general accounting principles and financial analysis
• Self-starter with willingness to work hard under pressure
• Ability to work independently and in an opaque environment
• Curiosity in different industries, finance, and capital markets
• Team-focused attitude with a sense of curiosity and adaptability
• High proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Eligibility

Degree in accounting, finance, economics preferred but not required.
2 – 5 years of work experience in corporate finance, public accounting, senior credit, mezzanine lending, or similar backgrounds.
Ability to travel periodically as needed (10%)
