About the Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Tech Dispatch Project. This role involves coordinating field service activities and managing communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of field technicians for IT service requests.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and field staff.
- Track and monitor dispatch requests for timely resolution.
- Manage project documentation and update dispatch trackers.
- Assist in onboarding new technicians and identify scheduling conflicts.
- Participate in client calls and internal reviews to report project progress.
- Collaborate with the accounts/billing team for proper documentation sharing.
About You
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or service delivery.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Teams, Outlook, and project management tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple service tickets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience coordinating technicians across multiple regions.
- Experience with ticketing tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar.
- Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and field service metrics.
- Familiarity with Service Delivery or ITIL processes.
