About the Opportunity

Global Entity Portfolio Manager (Manager, Governance Services)
Location: London (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients ensuring their compliance and governance needs are met to the highest standards.
• Serve as the primary client contact for key clients, delivering strategic advice and maintaining communication on regulatory developments.
• Identify and progress opportunities for revenue growth and cross sell within the portfolio.
• Monitor and oversee client budgets, ensuring projects are resourced appropriately and are running to time and budget.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compliance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous growth.

About You

Proven experience of global compliance services within a professional or managed service firm.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the international corporate governance and regulatory compliance landscape.
Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
