  • Partner with the national RPM team and cross-functional WSP groups to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including RFP responses and client presentations.

About You

A post-secondary degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 10–15 years of experience managing contaminated sites in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Professional registration in one or more Prairie provinces (e.g., P.Ag., P.Chem., P.Eng., P.Geo., RPBio). Proven expertise in fieldwork, technical reporting, and project management. Deep knowledge of provincial contaminated sites regulations and closure requirements. Strong mentoring skills and a passion for developing talent. Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal. A collaborative mindset and commitment to fostering an inclusive team culture.

Benefits
