Responsibilities
- Manage MEP services delivery, health & safety, and subcontractor performance
- Mentor and guide others on medium/large size projects
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues within the project team
- Plan, monitor, and manage MEP installation and testing
- Supervise the use of modern construction methods and technologies
- Coordinate with key project stakeholders and teams
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with Mace's standards and project strategies
- Contribute to the net-zero carbon transition
About You
You'll Need To Have:
- An Advanced knowledge of a technical trade (Building Services Engineering)
- Proficiency in technical trades, construction build elements, and commercial management
- Knowledge of planning processes, health & safety, quality assurance, and digital technologies
- Experience in the relevant M&E construction sector
You’ll Also Have:
- Professional Registration with CIOB
- Understanding of strategic goals and influences across the project and Business Unit
- Relevant certifications such as CITB Level 6 Site Management
