We’re on the lookout for a Creative Project Coordinator to join our growing team at SoCreative. We help brands including American Express, Commbank, Telstra and Toyota scale video and design content with speed, consistency, and creativity - from testimonials to social content, internal comms, and branded design. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll help make it all happen: supporting project timelines, communicating with clients, and working closely with our creative team to keep everything moving smoothly. This is a great role for someone early in their creative project management journey who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing structure to creative chaos.
2+ years experience in a project coordination, production, or marketing support role (agency or creative environment a plus). Organised, reliable, and great at juggling multiple tasks. Clear communicator and comfortable liaising with both clients and creatives. Sharp eye for detail and a love of timelines, task lists, and smooth handovers. Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com and Slack. Understanding of creative workflows, especially in video, design, or motion. Bonus points if you’re familiar with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or AI platforms like ChatGPT.
