About the Opportunity

BluSky Restoration is seeking a construction Project Director to estimate and close restoration projects. This position offers a base salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 and uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Oversee revenue production
  • Develop project budgets
  • Manage accounts receivable and collections
  • Work on business development activities
  • Ensure estimating proficiency
  • Focus on customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams

About You

Qualified candidates should have 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry. Other requirements include construction estimating experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Minimal out-of-state travel may be required.
