Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams
• Assist in development of construction-specific documents
• Prepare RFP's, contracts, pay applications, change orders
• Coordinate procurement and logistics
• Communicate with vendors and local agencies
• Maintain project documentation
• Provide regular updates to project manager

About You

3-5 years relevant on-site Work Experience, 2-4 years Domain Experience. Commercial Real Estate, Retail, and Hospitality Construction Background is preferred. Knowledge of local regulations and authorities. Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
