Location: Idaho Falls, ID

Department: Mitigation

Compensation: $15-$20/hour (DOE)

Type: Full-time | Mid-level | Phone On-call rotation required

At Paul Davis Restoration, we help homeowners and businesses recover after life's toughest moments-floods, fires, mold damage, and more. As a Mitigation Project Coordinator, you'll be the calm in the storm, guiding clients through the restoration process and helping them get their lives back on track. This is a key role on our team, and we're looking for someone sharp, organized, and compassionate-someone who thrives under pressure and genuinely cares about helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all day-to-day activities for assigned mitigation projects
  • Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners and clients
  • Schedule and manage technicians, project timelines, and job updates
  • Maintain accurate documentation in job management software
  • Ensure quality assurance work is completed in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and the Emergency Services team
  • Oversee permits, inspections, work orders, and job completions
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Estimate emergency services billing and negotiate scopes with adjusters
  • Conduct final walk-throughs and ensure full customer satisfaction
  • Support A/R collections, reconstruction, and other departments as needed
  • Occasionally assist in marketing and business development initiatives

About You

What You Bring

  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience preferred (restoration industry a plus)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and job management software
  • Problem-solver with a proactive, team-first attitude
  • Mitigation experience and/or certifications a plus, but not required

Eligibility

Schedule

Standard hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Must be able to participate in rotating phone on-call schedule
