About the Opportunity

This job opportunity involves various responsibilities related to contract preparation, customer communication, scheduling, and project management within the department.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations and contracts
  • Submit contract review documents for approval
  • Assist in scheduling plans
  • Handle international transportation department certifications
  • Notify customers regarding payments
  • Confirm payment statuses and close project loops
  • Maintain department supplier information
  • Follow and implement internal project management processes
  • Complete other assigned tasks

About You

Qualifications & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English and PC skills
  • Quick learner with a strong service orientation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Eligibility

Qualifications & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (associate degree considered)
  • CET4 or above with English proficiency
  • No occupational health restrictions
  • Provide satisfactory medical examination reports
