About the Opportunity
The Project Coordinator position reports to the Service Retrofit Manager and involves assisting in the day-to-day operations of successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Davis-Bacon paperwork with Payroll, Subcontractors, and General Contractors.
- Submit and coordinate job site badging and access.
- Manage Plans and Specifications documents.
- Build Submittal Register based on project specifications.
- Work with Project Managers on necessary submittals.
- Request, Coordinate, log, and track submittals/resubmittals.
- Track equipment for assigned projects.
- Compile As-Builts, Start-Up Reports, O & M’s, Warranties, and Owner training.
- Update project documentation for communication between office and field.
- Ensure monthly forecasts are updated.
- Assist with tracking manpower projections.
- Ensure project billings per contractual agreements.
- Enter project budgets into accounting software.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and contractual standards.
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams.
- Perform other duties as directed.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, punctual, and professional in appearance. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in multitasking, follow-up, teamwork, and computer skills is required.
