About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior IT Project Coordinator to support the execution and delivery of IT projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced technology environment. The Junior IT Project Coordinator will assist in coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring timely communication across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members.
  • Support risk and issue tracking, escalating concerns as needed.

About You

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or IT support roles.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
