Associate Project Director – MEP

Responsibilities

• Driving MEP team on the project via demonstration of professional and respectful behaviours
• Ensuring successful delivery of MEP services including management of the programme, health safety and wellbeing, quality, and commissioning of the project
• Partnering with multiple key project stakeholders, forming strong working relationships
• Directing the tendering process and providing expert technical and commercial support
• Conducting design reviews, developing and implementing commissioning strategies
• Executing productivity assessments using digital technologies
• Identifying and overseeing the reviewing issues to drive continuous improvement

About You

You'll need to have a trade/technical apprenticeship or graduate development programme, formal engineering training, SMSTS and CSCS card, and advanced knowledge of engineering systems, construction builds elements, planning processes, and commercial management.
