IT Project Coordinator (MSP)

Our client, Interlinked, is a leading Sydney-based IT MSP (Managed Service Provider) providing outsourced IT services to many small, medium, and large businesses in Sydney and across the country. They support approximately 4000 end users in varying industries and are growing rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of projects from start to finish, including infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, client onboarding, and relocations
• Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders
• Manage project documentation and logistics, including schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reports
• Contribute to the improvement of delivery workflows, project templates, and governance practices
• Support financial processes like quoting, invoicing, and tracking billable hours

About You

The ideal candidate should be a proactive self-starter, show leadership in managing tasks, and be confident in owning responsibilities. A tertiary qualification in project management, IT, or related field and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within an MSP or IT services company are required.

Eligibility

• Tertiary qualification in project management, IT, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or service operations role within an MSP or IT services company
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
