Construction Project Director

About the Opportunity

This position offers the opportunity to lead complex semiconductor factory construction projects from concept to handover. You will be responsible for project leadership, team building, and ensuring alignment with company strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution
• Build and manage internal construction team
• Establish governance and best practices
• Oversee project performance
• Engage with executives and stakeholders
• Manage suppliers and external partners
• Liaise with government and regulatory bodies
• Oversee tender and procurement processes
• Coordinate internal requirements
• Implement cost management strategies

About You

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with at least 20 years of experience in construction project management. Advanced degree or certifications such as PMP or PE are a plus.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management
• Proven track record in leading large capital projects
• Strong familiarity with semiconductor factory requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Understanding of regulatory and safety requirements
