About the Opportunity

This opportunity is part of AECOM’s Fursa Program and open exclusively to UAE Nationals holding a valid family book. Join AECOM's Graduate Program as a Graduate Project Coordinator in the Civil Infrastructure field.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day assistance to Senior Project Managers
• Assist in proposal preparation and tender submission procedures
• Coordinate and collaborate with the Design Team
• Develop and manage project execution plans, organization charts, and status reports
• Manage daily program activities throughout the project life cycle
• Define program governance and controls
• Plan and monitor the overall program progress
• Manage the program's budget
• Identify and address risks and issues
• Coordinate projects and their interdependencies
• Optimize resource utilization across projects
• Manage stakeholder communication
• Align project deliverables with program outcomes
• Oversee main program documentation

About You

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University. Recent 2024 or 2025 graduates with a minimum GPA of 2.8 and above are eligible. Available to start September 2025. Only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered.
