About You

Who are we looking for? The purpose of the Mentor Portfolio is to guide and support the growth of entrepreneurs & their businesses, by improving their long-term resilience through a high-quality mentorship team. We are seeking a strategic, yet hands-on outcomes focused relationship builder with a track record of managing complex mentor/consultant portfolios in the enterprise development space.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of portfolio strategy & individual programme deliverables for the Mentor Portfolio.
  • Mentor Portfolio Management – Develop, implement and manage a clear portfolio strategy and action plan to achieve world-class results.
  • Mentor Recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously develop a quality pool of experienced mentors and consultants.
  • Ensure high mentor and SME satisfaction through effective relationship management.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and mentor profiles.
  • Resolve stakeholder issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery and reporting.

Eligibility

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • University Degree (Project Management, Commerce, Business analytics, Economics, Enterprise Development or similar).
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in Enterprise Development in a managerial capacity.
  • Keen interest and ability to build trusted support relationships with mentors, entrepreneurs, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and work with data, including creation and interpretation of visual content.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Access to an extensive network in the sector (advantageous).
