About the Opportunity

We are supporting a specialist Industrial & Logistics Investment and Development Manager who are looking to recruit a Portfolio Manager who will focus on investment activity to join their team based in Central London.

Responsibilities

• Financial modelling and underwriting of new investment opportunities
• Reporting and analyzing existing funds under management

About You

• Degree or Masters in Real Estate, Finance or Economics
• Proven background in investment and fund analysis
• Good understanding of the UK industrial and logistics market would be advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret financial/cashflow models is paramount
• Transactional underwriting experience is essential
• Good understanding of capital structures, finance and accounting is required
• Strong written and communication skills

Benefits

• Salary - £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
• Benefits package and discretionary bonus
• Office based in Central London (4 days in the office, 1-day WFH)
