About the Opportunity

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage the operational delivery of multiple telecommunications and technology projects. You’ll be the central point of contact, ensuring smooth execution, stakeholder satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations across multiple projects.
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate data entry, reporting, and documentation.
  • Oversee budgeting, quoting, and financial tracking.
  • Prepare and distribute field kits, inventory, and site materials.
  • Organize and lead field tech kick off sessions to support coordination and budget control.
  • Address customer queries and ensure SLA/project schedule compliance.
  • Allocate resources and schedule field teams.
  • Track timesheets and invoicing via field services management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist colleagues as needed.

About You

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in telecommunications, network construction, or related industries.
  • Experience with data cabling required. (Open Cabling license highly regarded).
  • Background in data cabling, electrical, construction (essential).
  • Relevant trade or engineering qualification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management abilities required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with field services management systems.
  • Understanding of project lifecycles, job tracking, and SLA delivery.
  • Familiarity with PRINCE2 or other project management principles (preferred).
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently.
