About the Opportunity

Wavenet is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their dynamic Delivery Operations team. This role involves acting as the central point of contact for customers, managing small to medium-sized projects, and ensuring smooth delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers throughout the delivery journey.
• Coordinate and oversee small to mid-sized projects from start to finish.
• Track project progress, provide updates, and resolve customer queries.
• Schedule engineers and allocate resources effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Monitor budgets, identify risks, and escalate issues where necessary.
• Support account managers and mentor junior team members.
• Provide general administrative support to the Delivery team.

About You

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• A confident communicator who excels at managing relationships.
• Experienced in Telecoms or IT managed services (preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines.
• Commercially aware with an understanding of budgeting and operational processes.
• A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude.
