About the Opportunity

As a Portfolio Manager, you will collaborate with our client’s Portfolio team. You will be responsible for being a strong delivery partner with a can-do attitude, quick to adapt to Arm’s culture. Good attention to detail, careful planning, situational awareness, risk management, and monitoring are essential to maintain project momentum and engage customers to deliver projects successfully. Outstanding portfolio, program, and project management skills, interpersonal skills, and Commercial domain expertise are key for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Own all engagement within the portfolio space, including driving prioritization, business engagement, and internal team delivery
  • Drive multiple project deliveries through day-to-day engagement with Agile delivery IT teams and business customers
  • Run the project lifecycle from initial setup, including design, build, test, and cutover/implementation in line with quality and time
  • Lead vendor teams and matrix manage to a high standard
  • Effectively communicate project status regularly and handle risks accordingly
  • Take ownership of issues, demonstrating situational leadership
  • Run multiple projects of varying size and stages concurrently

About You

You will be experienced in Project, Program, and Portfolio management through agile delivery and waterfall methodologies. Experience in projects and programs related to Commercial functions including Support and Marketing is desired. You should be adaptable, with the ability to flex your style and approach to meet the needs of the Business and the Project. Proficiency in key project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects is required. Skilled in handling dependencies across multiple teams globally with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating and collaborating with teams across different disciplines.

Eligibility

  • Experience in projects for Salesforce, Sitecore, or web development
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies
