About the Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional to step into a senior role within a high-performing, award-winning property management team. Based in Clifton, you'll take the lead on a portfolio of managed properties, ensuring they are fully compliant, well-maintained and delivering exceptional value for both landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for landlords
  • Handle maintenance issues efficiently
  • Manage tenant and landlord queries with professionalism
  • Oversee the student changeover process from start to finish
  • Guide junior team members
  • Stay on top of lettings legislation

About You

Benefits

  • Basic salary of around £28,000 depending on experience
  • Realistic on-target earnings of £34,000 or more through pooled commission and individual performance incentives

The role is Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.30pm, with no weekend work except for occasional support during the student changeover period, which is planned in advance.
