- Lead on recoveries, including negotiation with borrowers, instructing receivers, and managing asset disposals.
- Work closely with internal teams and external parties (valuers, solicitors, receivers, and agents).
- Attend site visits and provide valuation oversight using RICS expertise to assess asset risk and viability of exit strategies.
- Produce regular reports on portfolio performance, risk concentrations, and loan-level issues for senior management.
- Assist in refining internal portfolio management and collections procedures to reflect best practice.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment with competing priorities.
- Analytical mindset with excellent reporting and communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with loan/CRM systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing refurbishment or development bridging loans.
- Background in credit or underwriting would be advantageous.
- Exposure to NPL sales or distressed asset acquisitions.
