Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of legal projects across our core practice groups.
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables using project management tools and methodologies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting agendas, and action logs.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of legal operations processes and best practices.
  • Contribute to post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

Degree or equivalent experience in Law, Business, Project Management, or a related field. Previous experience in a legal or project coordination role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft tools. Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to work.

Eligibility

Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile) is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with legal technology platforms is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
