Project Manager (Component Replacements)

Responsibilities

• Planning and organizing IVH’s planned works programs
• Day-to-day delivery and development of effective, customer-focused planned, cyclical, and stock investment activities
• Working closely with internal colleagues and external partners to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensuring values and ethos of the organization are reflected and achieving continuous improvement and excellent customer satisfaction
• Managing component replacement projects within the social housing sector
• Managing relevant budgets and day-to-day operation of the project
• Liaising with customers, contractors, and internal colleagues

About You

• A Building Studies ONC/HNC or equivalent
• Experience in the Construction/Building/Asset Management industry
• Experience in building maintenance sector and/or social housing
• Previous planning experience
• IT literate (Excel, Word, and Database)
• Experience with Asset Management database systems
• Good understanding of Health and Safety Regulations
• Ability to manage job workloads and achieve targets

Eligibility

Due to the nature of the role, a full valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are required.
