Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Program Managers supporting Field and Care initiatives.
  • Own and manage the strategic roadmap for Field Operations and Customer Care.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery.
  • Present portfolio status, progress, and risks to senior leadership and business partners.
  • Drive prioritization across programs and ensure clarity on interdependencies.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of programs across the portfolio.
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities across teams.

Eligibility

5+ years of experience in program or portfolio management in a tech environment

Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale cross-functional programs

Strong understanding of enterprise operations, field services, or customer care domains

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Deep experience with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks

Ability to drive change, navigate complexity, and influence without authority
