About the Opportunity

Fixed Income Middle Office Program Execution Senior Lead (SVP) – Belfast. Are you ready to step into a role at the heart of a global financial powerhouse? We’re looking for an experienced program leader to spearhead multiple global initiatives across Fixed Income Middle Office — spanning FX, Spread, Rates, and Treasury.

Rate: £515/ umbrella per day, contract until 30/06/26

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple high-profile, cross-border programs
• Define and execute the target operating model for Fixed Income Middle Office
• Drive regulatory, strategic, and process improvement initiatives
• Oversee governance, risk management, and dependency tracking
• Partner with Technology to align delivery plans to strategic goals
• Lead testing workstreams and user acceptance testing
• Coach and develop junior team members

About You

Bachelor’s/University degree. Proven track record in process transformation & program management. Strong global markets knowledge. Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills (JIRA a plus). Ability to lead complex, front-to-back process reviews.
