Responsibilities

• Manage multiple disciplines / teams / advisors / clients on high value / complex infrastructure projects/programmes
• Set high standards and manage performance efficiently to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations
• Accountable for health, safety, and wellbeing of team members
• Shape future vision and drive innovation and sustainability
• Improve and transform offerings, pushing comfort zones and encouraging leaders
• Promote inclusive teamwork and trust building
• Develop client and industry partnerships to transform performance
• Coach, mentor, and encourage development of team members
• Build relationships with clients and partner organizations

About You

Project Directors at Turner & Townsend work on business initiatives and lead delivery, at all lifecycle stages, on a broad range of projects and programmes across public and private sectors including Aviation, Highways, Rail, Environment, Utilities, and more.

We are looking for individuals with significant experience managing multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients on high value/complex infrastructure projects/programmes across the lifecycle, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability.
