About The Group

This group is one of Australia's leading Tier 1 builders known for delivering commercial office, apartment, and retail projects up to $500 million. They partner closely with established private and listed property groups and have completed some of Melbourne's most iconic projects over the last 20 years. Currently, they have a $250 million mixed-use project in the Inner City of Melbourne and are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervision and Coordination of relevant subcontractors
• Design Management & Coordination (structure, finishes, and façade)
• Program Management
• Review shop drawings
• Evaluation of trade-specific variations, RFI's

About You

You will ideally have worked for a commercial/apartment builder as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator. Previous experience working on Apartment projects will be looked upon favorably but not essential. Strong communication skills are a must to effectively liaise with design consultants, sub-contractors, clients, and the internal construction team.
