Key day-to-day tasks:New client onboardingBriefing internal teams about new campaigns and ensuring its alignment with the client’s objectivesFacilitating campaign updates on a day-to-day basis - you are the conduit between clients and internal staffWorking alongside the Account Management team to provide an exceptional client experienceJoining the Account Managers on client calls when requiredWeekly monitoring of all campaigns to identify any challengesMaintain client notes and documents, ensuring relevance and up-to-date information in relation to client requests, business needs, campaign adjustments, and future opportunities. Your role will centre around supporting the Commercial teams to help implement and manage client tasks and projects as effectively as possible. You will also be expected to identify and implement process improvements where applicable to ensure seamless workflows are adhered to between clients and internal teams. Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role - 1 year minimumUnderstanding of SEO, Google Ads, Social media ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) desirableFamiliar with GA4, Meta Business ManagerExcellent communication skills - email, phone and F2FAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment where no two days are the sameBonus points if you are familiar with Monday or Zoho
