Vendor Systems Project Manager (RTSM /IRT /eCOA)

About the Opportunity

This role is ideal for IRT or eCOA professionals with proven experience in clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of vendor system builds and system updates within budget, timelines and quality
• Manage resourcing requests to Parexel functional teams
• Collaborate with client, vendor, Parexel project teams and functional teams to create and manage timelines
• Maintain good financial management practices
• Identify inefficiencies with current processes and lead process improvements
• Lead delivery of vendor system changes
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and relevant regulatory body directives

About You

What We're Looking For:

• Proven IRT/RTSM and/or eCOA / ePRO expertise
• Deep knowledge and proven experience in clinical trials / pharmaceutical environment
• Extensive system set up delivery experience
• Proven track record of developing client relationships at project level
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and interface effectively with external clients, vendors and internal employees
• Strong problem solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
